The two at the right and the bottom really do make him look like the seductive villain he actually is.

The best part about Hans' design is the way he emotes. He DOESN'T emote. His face is very waxy and distant, and watch his smiles. They are all exactly the same. Look in a mirror and try to copy his smile, and especially his eyebrows, and you'll find that it's not an expression that comes naturally in your smiling range. In fact it's a little forced and looks creepy. Why is this? Because he's a sociopath who's faking it all.
On the contrary, Kristoff is much more open and varied in his facial expressions, and if you try and copy his smile, it comes a lot more easily.
I loved how there was nothing in Hans' physical design that warned me of the twist. They didn't even pull a 'Gaston' style handsome. Or even 'He's evil-blond'. They just went "We need a really cute guy who looks normal." When Kristoff came in, I and my mum thought he would pair with Elsa. Then we thought they'd do a switch and Elsa would be 'thawed' by Hans so that Kristoff could pull off a Big Damn Heroes moment. And then HANS IS ACTUALLY GENUINELY EVIL and I went "YOU WHAT?!".
